  These guys are scam artists. I picked out a fridge on 11/16/16, took pics of the entire unit as well as the serial number right in front of the salesman (Percy, who was obviously clueless). They still had the nerve to deliver me a different unit than the one I ordered for the agreed upon price. The Jabba the Hut looking sales manager, whose name escapes me, told me that "I got what I paid for" when I called to confront him about this shady practice on the phone. At first, they were in full denial mode but the contractor confirmed to them on a separate call that I had proof of that SN with my name on it. The unit they delivered wasn't too bad, but the handles were scratched up and dinged very badly and of course the SN's didn't match, which I suspected from the jump (which is why I took the pics in the store) and knew for certain once I saw the unit they delivered. They had given me a loaner for two days due to my old fridge dying until the new one could be delivered..which was great. After being confronted with his lies on the phone and me getting a little vulgar Jabba the sales manager told the contractor (very nice guy) to take the loaner and the new fridge back and they'd refund my purchase when I refused delivery and demanded the unit I picked out. At this point, I told the contractor sorry, but you need to get off my property and you aren't leaving with the loaner fridge and having all my newly bought food stuff spoil. I'll just do a charge back on my credit card and keep the loaner for free. Contractor calls them back, they threaten to call the cops, I say go ahead.. Who ya think they'll side with? Jaba the sales manager won't bend a bit.. contractor tells me he's there in back all the time and agrees to snag me new handles and deliver them to get this done (looked like someone had taken a dremel to them, I can't overstate how badly they were damaged and this is supposed to look like a new unit). I say fiiiine, against my better judgment just to get it over with and get the poor, kind contractor out of the middle of this. I paid him for delivery with a check, at least. One thing I didn't consider is that now the SN on my receipt doesn't match my unit and of course 11 months later the ice maker stops working. So I'm stuck with the bill when it should still be under warranty. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, talking to Jaba's boss/owner, and taking them to small claims court. Stay away... it's the principle. Imagine the old and less savvy consumers they take advantage of being right by the villages. Shameful business practice, disgusting people. Forgot to add that Jaba's eventual excuse for delivering the wrong unit was that the glass shelves in the one I picked out shattered when they went to load it to bring it to me. Why not clean it out and replace the shelves with the ones in the beat up one you sent then? Oh, right, because it never happened.. as verified by the contractor. Funny enough, small pieces of broken tempered glass all over the unit they delivered that I still find pieces of and hear rattling around nearly a year later. If ya didn't buy appliance direct, you didn't pay too much. AVOID at all costs.
